Customer first Tune policy: YOU, the customer, are in control on how quickly your tune is completed.
It is our goal that your tune is sent to you within 1-2 WORKING DAYS of receiving your payment & info. This includes Rescales, Base Tunes and Custom Tunes.
Full Custom tunes: In general, subsequent tune revisions are highly dependent on how fast the customer sends in quality datalogs. If, for example, the customer sends in a log in just 1 day, it is our goal to send the next tune revision within 1 business day. Conversely, if it takes over 2 weeks to send a proper datalog, for any reason, the wait may be far longer before receiving the next tune.
Unless pre-approved, all Full Custom tunes must be completed within 90days of receiving the 1st tune.
If it's found that your car has mechanical issues and it was not ready to tune, the tuning process will be suspended until repairs are made. At that time, you will be worked back into the schedule
All Tunes are not transferable to any other individual or vehicle owner.
Cost of any Re-Tunes for new parts will be a determined % less than original tune price base on extent of changes. Minimum 0%, Max 75% of original purchase price

ALL RESCALE TUNES, BASE TUNES OR CUSTOM TUNES ONCE THE NEW TUNE FILE IS SENT
HP TUNERS CREDITS, OR ANY OTHER "DIGITAL" OR DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCT
* We do not accept returns if customer simply changes their mind after receiving or using the products.
It is customer's responsibility to review these term before requesting the cancellation/return.
